Despite the inherent challenges of coordinating a house search from afar, Ashley's understanding of our needs and wants, and her patience with, us made the process smooth. From the beginning Brooklyn maintained just the right level of persistence, contacting me with opportunities at just the frequency. At our first showing, she took the time to learn what my home needs were, and why. During subsequent showings she was always very responsive, available and flexible. She responds to messages very quickly and proactively reaches out when questions or tasks arise. When I decided to make an offer, she was insightful and informative with comps, analysis and helpful opinions of the home and even a few hidden opportunities during the closing process.
